Warrior 21 is a Hazy/Northeast style India Pale Ale that we collaborated on with our new friend and 5 time World Series winning Yankees baseball player Paul O’Neill. This IPA is 6.5% abv and fully loaded with aromas and flavors of juicy citrus and sweet stone fruits, with a beautiful creamy hazy orange gold body. There is a faint hint of creamy vanilla with strawberries threaded in the flavor profile as well, from relatively new hop strains Lotus and Strata. We worked very closely with Paul to fine tune this beer and went for maximum tropical aromas paired with an ultra-smooth and drinkable body.
